Royal Albartross Golf Shoes

Aftercare Guide

The Royal Albartross shoes you have purchased are made from the finest materials and are designed for comfort and durability. Like many premium quality products, Royal Albartross shoes will benefit from regular maintenance. By looking after your Royal Albartross shoes in the ways outlined below, the comfort and performance of the shoe is preserved and the life of the shoe extended

  • Allow Royal Albartross golf shoes to dry naturally in well ventilated areas as this will prevent any damage to the shoes. Never "force dry" them near a fire or radiator, as excessive heat will draw the natural oils from the leather causing them to become hard and brittle

  • Especially during drying, we recommend the use of shoe trees to preserve the shoe's shape

  • Remove the mud and grass after every round and protect the leather with a good quality shoe polish

  • Always use a shoe horn to help your foot into the shoe. This will preserve the support in the heel and ankle areas of the shoe.

  • The best way to care for and clean your patent leather shoes is to use a patent leather specific cleaner. Gently wipe the shoes down with a clean cloth. Always allow the shoes to dry naturally.

  • Due to their greens friendly characteristics, soft spikes cleats may not last as long as metal spikes. In order to maintain their optimum traction, worn softspikes should be replaced promptly. Always clean soft spikes when clogged with grass or debris

  • CHAMP Q-lok cleats can be purchased at any good golf/sports store worldwide.  "C" visible wear indicator turns solid when spikes need to be replaced. For more information please see:  http://www.champspikes.com/golf-scorpionstinger.htm
