Deliveries
Royal Albartross delivers goods by Royal Mail. When a parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel. The carrier will try 2 times to deliver your parcel after 2 attempts the parcel will be returned to us.

United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain, USA, Dubai, Japan. Please contact customer support for delivery information for any countries outside of the United Kingdom or countries not in the above mentioned list
Returns procedure
From the date goods are received, we offer a 14-day return period for unworn purchases. Customers must keep their despatch note as proof of purchase.
There is no need to telephone us when sending a return. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please use the returns address: Returns, Albartross Design Ltd, No. 4, Alverton Court, Tonsley Street, SW18 1BN.
Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery, and to always retain your proof of postage. Goods are returned to Albartross Design at your own expense. Please be aware that our office is only authorised to accept deliveries from official postal services, unfortunately we are not able to accept hand delivered returns directly at the address.
We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. Please note that if you require a refund on a product bought for you as a gift this can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot stop the payer knowing.
